Andrew Tate Workout Routine: The Ultimate 2023 Guide (LEAKED?)

Andrew Tate has been an internet sensation, social media influencer and there are lots of opinions as to whether or not he should be considered a role model given that he often comes across as misogynistic. There is of course interest in Andrew Tate workout routine, and how to get his physique even if you decide you don’t want to behave like him. Many folks consider him to be an example of extreme misogyny, including by domestic abuse charities, capable of radicalizing men and boys to commit harm offline. We hope you have more respect and self control. The article below was written by the former owner of TheGymBros and remains of-interest to readers, so we leave it here.

Who Is Andrew Tate?

This isn’t Andrew Tate, but it is MidJourney’s interpretation of Andrew Tate at a gym LOL

Tate, used to be a professional kickboxer, and fought in the contact cruiserweight championship. He is now an entrepreneur and content creator.

Andrew Tate’s Workout Routine

Andrew Tate’s workout routine is complicated. Effective, intense, lots of push ups, shadow boxing, martial arts, and as many push ups as you can do at the end. Andrew Tate’s workout program changed when he was in Romanian prison, but that didn’t stop hum from doing tons of push ups and staying low body fat.

Now that Top G aka Andrew Tate is on house arrest instead of being stuck in a Romanian prison, he does intense workouts. How many push ups? Thousands. Until failure. There’s really no set amount for this ultra intense workout which is the hard part. Push ups are the best exercise in the daily routine.

Andrew Tate is a huge fan of staying in shape, but doesn’t like the idea of spending hours in the gym. A 30 minute to 1 hour workout is plenty for him. When Top G met with Mike Thurston, he said he usually doesn’t lift weights. You’re probably asking yourself- how does he stay in such good shape without spending all that much time?

Workout Routine Details

It’s pretty simple-

He focuses on cardio, calisthenics, and simple lifts, all great for burning fat. Bench press, jump squats, curls, squats, etc all are in Andrew Tates routine. The cardio is similar to high intensity interval training, great for burning your body fat too. Most normal people will not be able to pull this off. The reason Tate is able to do it is because he has a high testosterone lifestyle.

High testosterone will naturally increase your muscle mass, lower bodyfat %, and overall make you in better shape. Notice he doesn’t look like Arnold Schwartznegger, that’s not the goal. His goal is to be in as good of shape as possible without spending hours lifting.

Again, why is he in such good shape?

The Andrew Tate workout routine is based around a high testosterone lifestyle.

Here’s how to start a high testosterone lifestyle according to Tate:

  • Exercise daily
  • Have a purpose
  • Spend time conquering the world
  • Spend time with your boys

Boxing Routine

Back at the boxing age Andrew Tate began the day with jogging. Then he practiced shadowboxing, burpeeing, pushups and weight training. The man also wore heavier vests for bodyweight exercises. In his boxing heyday, Tate said he spends a lot of time training.

However, it is his primary exercise routine where running was primarily based on his own bodyweight exercises and weight. The change in the exercise process has been done for the greater size and appearance of the muscles. It’s longer, but it’s also harder, and the weights are heavier than they wanted.

How much does Andrew Tate exercise?

During each day Andrew Tate trains by combining kickboxing, sparring, high-rep push-up exercises and squating and lighter weightlifting exercises.

He does a kickboxing workout, uses a weighted vest, burpees, and did it in jail too when he was in Romanian prison. The exercises prescribed in Andrew Tate’s workout routine are mostly bodyweight exercises for building muscle. Like I said before, it had to be done in jail.

Andrew Tate’s Diet

Andrew Tate strictly abides by a few basic food guidelines. Initially, he doesn’t consume any refined sugar. It makes it very easy to live on a low-sugar diet with many healthy ingredients. Besides cutting down carb consumption he also avoids high-calorie snacks that contain high fat and high sugars.

Tate says he is capable of eating unhealthy meals more often than most as a child because he’s a kickboxer. He was not drunk when he was kickboxing, and it helped his fitness. Tate avoids the morning meal.

Andrew Tate Fasting

As we have read earlier, Andrew is quite enamored with fasting. Apparently he dislikes breakfast. It just means that his meal was breakfast as breakfast literally means “breaking fast”. Some say that this version of life is good, others, not so much.

Regardless, it’s impressive that Andrew Tate is able to do this in jail (because of so many bodyweight exercises). The Andrew Tate diet plan is also impressive…

Carnivore Diet and Intermittent Fasting Combination

Diets are based on a carnivorous diet combined with intermittent fasting. The carnivore diet, that includes mainly consumption of animal foods but does not include carbohydrate, reflects Tate’s preference for meat-centric food.

Intermittent fasting, however, consists mostly in a period where food windows are limited to a certain period of time and sometimes skip breakfast.

How Much Coffee Does Andrew Tate Drink?

Tate is renowned for his unique approach towards eating and lifestyle. In fact he claims that he has been drinking enormous amounts each day for his productivity.

Andrew Tate’s Daily Coffee Consumption

Is it believable that Andrew Tate is addicted to coffee? Andrew says he will drink 10-15 cups of coffee a day.

Most kickboxing workouts are tough, so it makes sense that Andrew fuels his with this much coffee. Burpees, intense fitness, etc would all be awful without any energy.

Caffeine and Nicotine for Energy

To maintain a healthy energy level, Tate carries around three cigarettes and fifteen coffee a day. He blames caffeine for the envigorated properties of the substance.

Even a simple idea might be unusual for some; Tate says he can stay a little more focused.

How to build a physique like Andrew Tate?

The best way to build a physique like Andrew Tate is to do push ups, burpees, train hard, and eat. Please keep in mind that this is unrealistic for most beginners to achieve, (Tate has been doing this for years).

The best way to build a physique like Andrew Tate is though real fitness, aka time spent pumping iron. This will give you a solid base to go from. Then you can progress into body weight, martial arts, etc.

Andrew Tate Workout Routine

I can’t give away the exact Andrew Tate workout routine, because that would be straight up wrong. You are supposed to pay for it.

Instead, I’ll give you all an outline based on the little target ideas I have. Personally, I don’t use this, but for those who want to have similar results- here is a basic idea of what he does:

  • Cardio- boxing, jump roping, etc
  • Pushups, situps, air squats
  • Free Weights- Bench press, military press, barbell curls and squats.

Exercise Circuit (FREE)

Here I put together a circuit workout you can complete in around a half hour, it’s not his course. This is based off of little to no equipment. This is similar to the actual Andrew Tate workout course that he did in jail in Romania. Be sure to use a diet too for this training.

  • Pushups (as many as possible)
  • Squats (as many as possible)
  • Pull ups (wide grip as many as possible)
  • Sit ups (as many as possible)

You should repeat this with subbing in chin ups for pull ups and leg raises for sit ups. You can even add in a several minute long plank. Andrew Tate also did this in jail, without having to lose any gains.

Also- when I say as many as possible I mean go until your muscles start burning, and then go a little bit longer. There’s no reason you should go for hundreds of reps. 100 push ups at a time max.

Andrew Tate’s workout routine can be completed relatively quickly, and you will get a huge pump from it too due to the high reps. Calisthenics are all amazing for muscle growth and increased strength.

Be sure to add in jump roping and boxing in the Andrew Tate workout routine. Even though it sucks, some forms of cardio are critical. Personally, I make my cardio fun and hit the punching bag. Just make sure you have a good diet. Even if you don’t, this routine was done in jail by Andrew Tate.

Again, this kind of exercising will get you in good shape, but you won’t have huge beach muscles. It’s more of a functionality workout. If you’re serious about getting jacked, I recommend using my fitness program “Workout of The Gods.”

Summary:

The Andrew Tate workout routine is probably not for you. If you’re anything like me, you want to spend more than 30 minutes working out and you want to lift weights.

Tate’s exercise routine won’t let you do that. I will say however, that it should be used by those pressed for time in the gym.
