How to Get Ripped in 3 Months: The Secret Guide To Getting Jacked Fast

Is there anything better than being able to get jacked fast? Aside from making millions of dollars, not really. Today, I’m going to go over how to get ripped in 3 months so you can look like cbum 90 days from now. Let’s go

First off, you won’t get ripped in 90 days if you aren’t consistent. Secondly, you have to realize that you have to put in work for good results. You can’t take a magic pill and expect to get jacked. (Yes even roids)

Let’s face it, you’re probably reading this because you have some big event coming up in the not so distant future. Maybe you’re going to a beach with tons of baddies, or you’re planning a beach trip with some friends. Or, maybe you’ve tried getting jacked before but it just didn’t work out.

It actually took me years to figure out how to actually get jacked. Now, a couple thousand dollars and hundreds of hours of research later, I’ve cracked the code to getting jacked fast.

Get In The Gym To Get Jacked

The number one thing you have to do to get jacked is get in the gym and lift hard. You seriously can’t be stupid enough to believe that if you sit and watch TV all day you’ll get in shape.

Get. In. The. Gym. It’s really that simple.

It takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks to build a habit. You have to consistently go to the gym 6 days a week to get jacked. Once you build the habit of going to the gym, your body will be in a mode where it almost forces you to go.

Another great thing about consistently going to lift is that you get addicted to it. Let me explain- when you lift your body releases positive endorphins. Endorphins obviously make you feel good and you’ll eventually get addicted to them. Not all addictions are bad, especially a lifting addiction.

If you want to know how to get ripped in 3 months, being in the gym lifting is already half the battle.

The second component of this is lifting with intensity. You have to shock and break down your muscles to effectively build the back up. Utilize the principle of progressive overload. Progressive overload is doing more next time, whether it’s in weight or effort.

So, if you benched 225 lbs for 5 reps on your last set this week, aim for 230 the next week, or the week after that.

Do HIIT Training To Get Ripped

I know, I know, cardio sucks. But you know what? If doing a specific type of cardio you can get done in just 15 minutes kicks your metabolism into overdrive for a while, it’s 100% worth doing.

HIIT training, also known as high intensity interval training is one of the best forms of cardio because it burns fat throughout the whole day and improves your endurance.

You can get it done in 15-30 minutes, depending on how long you want to go for. Doing HIIT training will help you keep your muscle while burning fat .

Optimize Testosterone To Get Shredded

Listen, if you don’t have high t you won’t be able to put on any muscle at all. There’s a reason men are more muscular than women, and it’s because we have testosterone flowing through our veins.

Most men nowadays have extremely low testosterone compared to a man from 20 years ago. In fact, the t levels of a 60 year old man 50 years ago are the average levels of a 20 year old guy today!

While there is undoubtedly a war being waged against based, high t men, there are certainly things you can do to boost your testosterone naturally.

The first is to lift weights and drop body fat. Fat cells= estrogen, and estrogen = opposite of testosterone.

Cutting out plastics, soy, processed foods, and sugar will also lead to improved testosterone.

Lift For Hypertrophy and Muscle Mass

No.

Certain types of lifts and rep ranges will help you with different things. For example, strength reps are within 1-5 reps. 8-12 reps are for muscle mass, and anything over that is for endurance.

If you want to know how to get ripped in 3 months, lift weights for 8-12 reps. The general rule I follow with this is:

If you can’t get 8 reps the weight is too heavy. If you can get more than 12 reps it’s too light. Start heavy and finish lighter.
